| David Fry Position: Corporate Development Mr. Fry began his career in 1985 with McCann Erickson Advertising. After 8 years in the advertising business as a senior account director, he founded his own corporate communications company, Virilian Communications, and began working with public companies. He became a director of Lima Gold Corp in 1995 and subsequently founded Market Capital Corp in 1997 for the purpose of raising capital for public and private companies. Mr. Fry has been acting as a corporate finance/corporate communications consultant since that time. |
